The problem with a free-market economy is that it’s like the savanna. The lions are on top, eating whoever they want, but they don’t think about the future. If there’s a drought that keeps the grass from growing for the antelope, the lions will just keep eating antelope until ALL the antelope are dead. Then the lions will die. The big companies will buy up all the oil, until there is no more oil left. Then the big companies will die because there will be nothing left for them to sell. Once the big companies die, all those jobs are gone. Then the economy falls into total disarray because no one can afford to buy food. It’s happened before.
